*Focus for this program is to give the Senior Ballers an opportunity to learn the basic movements and skills of the game of basketball, but also offer Gameplay situations that will prepare them for the U11 AND U13 Level. Sessions will cover passing, dribbling, shooting, defensive technique, gameplay strategy, and a Strength/Conditioning & Stretch portion
